Loops - A dance track

Thursday, March 13th, 2008

Last night I messed about with some creative commons samples from freesound user Flick3r and the result is a track called Loops - like the rest of my music it’s yours if you want it. It’s totally minimalist.

A Military Headset

Wednesday, October 19th, 2005

A Military Headset was aquired from Blochairn market. Quite a nice deal, I have to say.

I’d really like to use it for comms equipment and / or voip chat while playing “Battlefield 2″tm, for a slightly more realistic game.

Another day, another blend.

Triumph! My first rendered blend.

I’m getting the hang of this application.

Blending

Tuesday, July 12th, 2005

Pleased.

I have managed to create a cube in Blender, an open source 3D graphics package. I’m taking baby steps with this application at the moment, as I plan to create a DVD of my graduation ceremony with extra pictures and music for all my family that couldn’t make it, and for prosperity as well.

The blender User Interface, and a cube.

I need nice titles on the DVD; a quick google of blender DVD titles came up with a really interesting page: Blenderwars tutorials - a page of tutorials in Blender, with a star-wars spin.

There is a tutorial on how to recreate the opening titles of Star Wars with blender. I don’t know if I’ll go that far, but the concept should be similar enough to teach me what I need to know for the DVD.
